The mounting brackets are in the worst positions. This has got to be maneuverable because the pipe location varies from shower to shower. Right now the unit is hanging from only a single bracket and we put caulking around it to help keep it sturdy.The hoses are terrible and short. We had to toss the ones in the box which are 12" and went to Lowes to get 30" female FIP to Female FIP which is not easy to find as every hose for this job is typically FIP to compression. The video is misleading and dishonest in that regard.Otherwise this is actually a quality shower panel besides the plastic shower hose that will likely break if it falls once.I would only recommend this for the lower cost. It's worth getting a better more expensive unit if you have the money.
