This looks great in our shower and installed as described in the description and the manual. However, I am very handy with tools and would say this is not a project for a new DIYer. It can be difficult if your current plumbing is not set up exactly to accept this setup. I had to cut through tile and replace my valve and convert the plumbing. This is NOT the fault of the product. I just purchased a new house and the old showerhead and handle were the ugliest things I think I’ve ever seen. I had a plumber install mine because I don’t know how to do that kind of work. The mounting brackets are in the worst positions. This has got to be maneuverable because the pipe location varies from shower to shower. Right now the unit is hanging from only a single bracket and we put caulking around it to help keep it sturdy.The hoses are terrible and short. We had to toss the ones in the box which are 12" and went to Lowes to get 30" female FIP to Female FIP which is not easy to find as every hose for this job is typically FIP to compression. The shower system is great all controls are sturdy apart from the hand held spray thats plastic. This would have 5 stars if the hand held was not made of plastic

Very good unit and I’m happy with it. Only down side/frustrating thing is that there is very little room to make the connection to the water. If it was slightly longer or wider would make installation much easier.But after you figure it out it seems to work very well.

Works great. But leaves severe water marks. But I have also used a black one and it does the same. So it's the fact of mineral content in water than anything else. Water marks on black shoes more.than this one.

We absolutely love this shower panel. We did not install it ourselves, we hired a contractor to remodel our master bathroom but he said it was an easy install. The only downfall is we’re going to need a bigger water heater. It does use all the hot water very quickly. But other than that it’s absolutely wonderful.

We renovated two bathrooms and I needed two shower systems as we were really trying to upgrade our two showers! We had our contractor install them for us. Just be sure to get the height correct as we had to adjust one of them as we set it to high. These are great shower systems and I would be happy to buy this one again!

As part of my guest bathroom full remodeling, I purchased this shower panel. It was installed by a professional plumber, but looks to be easy to install. The various showering functions are so joyful to use. One important feature is the separate controls of water temperature and the rate of water flow for each of the various showering options. it's a great system.

Love this shower tower. It gave my bathroom the modern touch I was looking for. Very easy to install and functions and amazing.

Really nice product. Water pressure is good even with 2 spout options running at once. Had an issue with the finish after a few months but their customer service was great! Responded right away and resolved the issue.

Im very disappointed in this product the mechanics it self are all made of plastic and water lines leak in the back. It looks nice however if you think its all stainless steel its not. I need the company to reach out to meto find a solution to all the water lines in the back that drip water and don't hold up well.

Love it! Took some time to install, as the installation instructions were somewhat vague. We also had to change out the hot/cold hoses with something more flexible, but overall a great option and worth any minor nuisances. May purchase another one for my other bathroom.
