I am not able to comment on the overall service. But, I can say that the support team is very responsive and helpful. I have not found anything that I dislike about the platform. I would recommend this platform to all companies who are looking for a customer database management software. We are solving the problem of managing our customer database. We are also able to easily add new customers and track their activity on our website.
