Exactly what I was looking for; Improvement within budget.

I started making my postcards a few years ago. Usually the front of the postcard would have a flower I had grown and my own photo plus any original text I could send. You were good. But then I switched to a good photo printer and entered the wonderful world of different types of paper. Wow, so many options. But as a pensioner I had to stay on budget. For a beautiful card without exorbitant price: use textured cardstock in shades of white (so the photos are still of good quality) and use translucent parchment paper for the inner text insert. Fancy fonts add so much. If you haven't already, explore the world of fonts. I know this paper is not recommended for use in inkjet printers. I only print half a page with very FEW words and had no problems. Very few words. No problem. Use just a drop or two of clear glue to hold the insert in place after folding - make sure it fits perfectly before gluing. Beautiful, stylish result.
