I bought this system based on the reviews saying the customer service is excellent. When I received the product there was only one customer service email address and it came back as a non-working email address. I found another email address online that seemed to work but got no response. I have no idea where people got the idea that customer service even existed. When I tested this "Made in China" system, I found that some features just didn't work; at least the screen didn't respond to the instructions I was trying to give it. Although I had plenty of time to return the product, I (perhaps stupidly) decided to keep it because I just needed a simple system and setup and the camera and screen worked great for what I wanted and there were no impairments at work . 40 feet or the tag is blocking the optical signal path. If you are looking for a system where all the "features" really work, I would skip this system. If a company contacts you about this review and explains why I had a very bad experience, I will post a revised review. So if you don't see a change, you know they don't care about customer service. a typical "Made in China" product.
