I like that you're able to create custom segments, including filters with multiple options available (including date ranges). The fact it's cloud hosting is great because if something goes wrong or down at any point during an event there are no issues! Not much yet but haven't had too many problems so far either which makes me happy considering this was only launched about 3 months ago!! Great solution when we need more flexibility than what our offsite team members offer us as well since they don’t always know how customers think/want their experience from beginning until end of each visit etc. We wanted someone who could help set up events quickly once needed vs having them all over emailing every month requesting things be setup differently then not sure where people go next causing confusion between different teams within Onboard X staff itself haha.
