You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a heavy-duty 3-wire extension cord that can handle the full load of an average US circuit breaker, this is it. The moment you pick up the package delivered by Revain, you can say you got what you paid for. I actually cut it in half for use with an MPP All-in-One AC Inverter/Charger/MPPT Solar Charge Controller so I can vouch for the fact that it's true 12AWG copper wire . One end plugs into an outlet, the other end comes out to power the load from a battery powered inverter, so I needed quality. It definitely fits, I'm very satisfied.
