Excellent Customer Service

I received my bag on September 4, 2022. Today is September 6, 2022 and the bag is already coming apart at the seams. I have another bag from this company that I put heavier stuff in and it’s been flawless. I absolutely do not recommend this bag.Update: Seller reached out and sent me a replacement. Bag arrived next day. This bag is in excellent condition and I totally recommend it. It’s the perfect addition to my other bag.
