I can check tickets in one place if any incident happens or not! It's very easy for me as an admin, so it makes my job easier and saves time too!! As well the customer support team from UnitworX are always willing to help us with what our problem at hand that we don't know how to solve by ourselves. Sometimes when you have some issues which i think they might be something simple but their system doesn't allow users like myself who is non technical user to understand. So sometimes we need someone else to explain things better. But other than this everything good about this tool! You will love every little thing there. If your looking into ticket management software just go ahead and try out this product because its so much friendly for everyone especially newbies such as yourselfs (me). We use it daily mainly during work hours for day to day operations/tickets etc.
