No service if something goes wrong.

The air fryer works fine. It stopped working after 2 months. It has at least a year warranty. The Kalorik website keeps closing my tickets and not resolving the problem. Revain was willing to take it back after speaking with customer service. Upon a little research, I found the problem they had is a bad thermal fuse. It was easy to fix after watching YouTube video. The parts I needed were under $20 and I have plenty of spares if it pops again. I think the key is have plenty of space around it when using and don't lay anything on top. Keep all the vents open.
