Looked great and worked great

Great for watching and listening to movies and CDs, works well. I never had to contact tech support. I bought it because there was no room for a CD in my new laptop. It's perfect for any program I need to run, or even to record anything I already have on my laptop. I'm still learning everything I can do with it, but so far it's been pretty easy.
