I am using this KVM with a Samsung SJ55W 34" Ultrawide to switch desktop/Linux desktop with HDMI at 3440x1440 or sometimes with monitor image. in 1720x1440 picture mode (with second DisplayPort screen). Both configurations work very well with this KVM at the monitor's optimal refresh rate of 75 Hz at 3440 x 1440 or at a supported refresh rate of 60 Hz in frame-by-frame mode. Switching between the two systems works reliably, with a typical delay of a few seconds. I can't comment on the audio switching feature as my monitor already has an HDMI/DisplayPort audio output that connects directly to the speakers. None of my systems are set to sleep, so I've had no trouble waking up the display after a long period of inactivity.
