Review on Dark Quikwood Epoxy Putty - 1 Ounce by Tyler Blake

God's Gift For Serious Carpenters

I've used MANY wood putty knives and wasn't satisfied with any until I discovered this epoxy based putty knife. As long as you use the color that most closely matches your wood, chances are no one will ever know you've had to putty a piece. All wood fillers say they absorb paint, stain, and varnish just like wood. Being nice is an incredible deception. But this material absorbs stains really well, and transparent coatings (varnish, polymer, varnish) retain the same consistency on putty as on wood. Again, with the right color for your project, this material corrects your mistakes and makes them disappear right before your eyes. The hallmark of a good carpenter isn't that it's flawless. It learns how to deal with its mistakes without having to rack your brains and start over. This material will make you a better carpenter.
