The best thing about this software was its customer support team, they were always polite to me whenever I had any issues with it or needed help in using their products/features etc., They are extremely helpful! And also there's no other complaints management system like theirs which has such great features as well user-friendly interface for all users including non technical ones too (like my mom).
There should be more tutorials available online so newbies can learn how useful these tools really work out when used properly without getting into trouble later while solving customers' problems.
