I didn't stretch fully.
Appears to be of good quality but the springs used to roll up the case are too strong as they do not fully relax when water enters. With heavy rain and a lot of water, it did not unfold fully or even close, which robbed the purpose of preserving it. I've tried removing one of the springs (one on each side of the hub) and it rolls out much easier, but still not completely. I wish I could return them (I bought 2) but as I removed one of the feathers I can't return them.
