The biggest benefit we have realized with ecosystem solutions was that they saved us tons time when trying figure out where our customers were spending money (a lot). It also helped reduce churn as it provided insight into which features/products resonated best once onboarded; this allowed teams at different locations across multiple departments within my organization more effective collaboration! There are some things I would like them improve upon - however these aren't major issues but rather nitpicky items such improvement could make me say "oh yeah!". 1) In terms or analytics reports you can only export data one day per week2.) Reporting should be streamlined3.). Be better about explaining how each feature functions4.): Improve ability from account manager level support staff5): Allow user accounts access without password resetting6); Improved reporting capabilities7)); Have deeper integrations8)).
