Review on Updox by Eddie Fowler

The ease of use and the fact that it runs on their cloud platform so very little is required on our end. The reporting capabilities and how the reports are created for the physician's to review are what I appreciate the most. I dislike that it is only available in the US. It would be nice to have the same thing available for international offices. It is easy to train your staff on the application. The physicians love the ease of sending a prescription electronically instead of paper. The only thing that I dislike is that when you receive a fax it does not have a paper trail. The physicians and staff are able to see the status of the prescription and it is easier to track. No faxes are needed and it is more efficient for the clinic. I like that it's easy for me to use because of its user friendly interface. It is also very reliable with no glitches or errors when using this software. The only thing i dislike about updox is that it takes too long to load sometimes but overall everything else has been great! This software allows us to send messages easily without having to wait in line at our office.
