So I overdid it a bit trying to tweak the old trailer. I decided to go big or go home and scatter them on the sides for drip caps, long tiers and more, but I'm no plumber so I wasn't expecting an 8-inch, 40-gauge pipe to do three times as much costs a lot like a 6 "and not available anywhere. I could run to my local hardware store and buy two 10ft 6in 40 slabs for about $40 each. I paid $400 for the trailer so I end up biting an 8" bullet I'll have $400 for pipe holders which isn't a lot of room for the money. Another eyesore is an additional 8" U-bolts, which cost $20 each and don't count the saddle. So the whole unit is $60 with nuts, bolts, saddles and locking caps, but somehow a U-bolt costs 1/ 3 of these cost and is sold separately - full block with two U shaped with bolts If I had to go back and do it all over again I would order four sets of 6" pipes instead of two 8" pipes and I would have more storage space for about 60% of the price. I would also choose another retailer that has four U-bolts instead of two. I think the extra U-bolts are more important than the saddles for my side mount. In general, their construction is solid, and it's my own fault for not dealing with it.
