Unusual for me to write reviews, especially negative ones. Found item, ordered, installed. 11 days later, (thank GOD I was home); the hot water valve popped off of the faucet body. Water sprayed in bath onto ceiling. (yes, I have a pressure limiter installed on the service line). Cabinets, flooring, sub-flooring and contents water damaged. E-mailed company, got no response. Should have known about the shoddy construction by the cold water valve being reversed upon unboxing. The hot/cold faucet mixing body is 100% plastic (where the faucet and spout connect to the body), NOT solid brass as advertised. Buyer beware, this product (at least the one I received) is good from far, but far from good. Zero stars needs to be an option.
