UPDATE: System does not recognize cameras for more than 5 minutes. I've spent over 80 hours of work trying to fix the problem. GW sent out a new POE switch but to no avail. Revain will not accept it back as it has been more than a month since the purchase. GW won't take it back because I bought it from Revain. I am disappointed in this purchase. I've spent the last 4 months troubleshooting. Still broken. Great cameras, polished user interface, good tech support, long wait times, good callback recording, many hours later after I've finished work. It's good that I can find out everything, God help the newbies. (DVR) on Gmail via Alerts: After configuring the SMTP options, I had to enable access for less secure apps for my Gmail account. Otherwise error after error. All the cameras have the same IP address and I had to manually change them to separate addresses and then link them to the DRV/NVR. with lots of random clicks until I found the right configuration screens. Poor documentation and the lack of a quick start guide make this a good system for IT pros to install on their own time. If you're not, then you might be a little upset.
