I appreciate the ability to have voicemail notifications sent to my cell phone, and the ability to text and email my clients when I'm away. I wish there was a way to have the same notifications when I'm home. It's very helpful to have a second set of eyes, and it's nice to have the ability to text and email clients. There are times when I am home, but my clients are not. The ability to have voicemails sent to my cell phone, and the ability to text and email clients when I'm away, is a great asset. We get calls from clients who are having a problem with their insurance, or have questions about an expense. We can't always be on the phone, so this service is extremely helpful.
