Review on 🚰 InSinkErator HOT150: Sleek Satin Nickel Design for Effortless Hot Water Dispensing by Mark Sutovsky

See my previous review "Dead in Less Than a Year - 2018". I would like to preface this review by saying that I really like instant hot food dispensers. I have been using ISE dispensers for over 35 years. But the quality of heating tanks has fallen sharply. I mean plastic tanks that have been sold for several (or more) years. I have no issue, really just compliments on the quality and durability of the ISE fittings and grips, just with the heating elements used in the tanks. My current tank (ISE HOT100) was professionally installed by an authorized ISE service center for warranty replacement less than three months ago. They went out and replaced the tank under warranty and free of charge in December 2018. That was less than three months ago (today is February 18, 2019). The one-year warranty period has expired and is no longer covered. .Not sure what I'm going to do now, just really frustrated that the heater element life is so short. According to ISE, the lifespan depends on the water quality and the way it is used. Our city is known for very high quality water with low mineral content. In terms of usage, my wife makes a cup of tea almost every night and that's all it takes to use it! although the warranty for the device is already 3 months.
