Review on Belkin Upstream Charging Thunderbolt Transfer - F4U097Tt by Danial Campbell

After much research I decided on the Belkin Thunderbolt Cable Dock because I use a Dell laptop for work and a 2020 Macbook Pro M1 for personal use. I need to connect a Logitech webcam, a Dell flat speaker, a 32-inch Dell monitor, and a Logitech Unifying receiver. Everything worked fine for the first few weeks. Then all of a sudden I started losing peripherals out of the blue. Sometimes all at once Often my webcam and speaker would go offline on both Zoom and Teams and suddenly my camera would go offline and everything was streaming to my PC's speakers and camera, or I was working and suddenly my keyboard and mouse would drop the connection lose. I tried plugging and unplugging the receiver but Belkin never responded. It was outside of Revane's return window and I was trying to work directly with Belkin. For the first contact I went through the chatbot only to finally be contacted by a person who told me they couldn't help with this particular product. He sent me to 800 but gave me the wrong menu options (FYI, it's option 4, not 5.) After finally getting another tech support guy, he was told to unplug the peripherals and unplug ( like gee, I didn't think of that) and that should fix the problem. The next day the same problem. This is the second time I've waited almost an hour. With the first call this morning the connection was cut after more than 30 minutes of waiting, the second call was hung up after about 40 minutes of waiting. Now I'm trapped with this overpriced piece of junk and terrible, terrible customer support. Avoid.
