Dries quickly and leaves lumps!
This product keeps its "technical" promises, but we make it. I've used it on carpet blisters (along with a syringe) and although it has helped reduce the appearance of carpet blisters after drying (you can still see them). The places where the glue had dried felt hard. That way you can't hit hard lumps while walking. So if I were to do it again, I wouldn't do it. But what's done is done as they say and for $5 it wasn't that much but now I have to walk on random hard nuggets.
