Review on MetaCaseDesk by John Vann

I like that it's very easy to use once you get used too all of its features (and there are many!). It has made our help desk so much easier! The only thing i dislike about this software would be if they could make some more customization options available in order customize/add new fields as we need them or even add other types suchas surveys etc.. but overall great product with tons fo customizations possible!! We've been able solve problems faster than ever before by using meta case deksthat allows us access from anywhere at anytime via mobile devices which also helps reduce office costs since employees can work remotely now instead going into offices every day when needed - saving money plus helping keep employee morale up due reduced stress levels caused during days off sick / holidays + less time spent commuting back & forth between homeoffice&workplace! Overall excellent tool.
