Great Tool for Customer Service Management

The tool is really easy to use and provides great functionality. I really enjoy using this tool as it helps us keep track of our issues and tasks that are pending. We have not had any problems with the tool so far. It has helped us in keeping our projects organized and providing excellent customer service to our clients. In fact, my team is very happy with the tool. Thanks to this tool we can easily manage our clients' tickets, which helps us provide better customer service. We also get…

Pros
  • Easy access
  • Ease of navigation (ability for users who don't know how software works)
  • Good user interface
  • Great ability at managing complex workflows suchas task dependencies or interdependencies between steps/tasks; you must be ableto perform some customization within your own environment
Cons
  • It is hard to say

Metacase is my lifeline for managing my help desk!

I like that it's very easy to use once you get used too all of its features (and there are many!). It has made our help desk so much easier! The only thing i dislike about this software would be if they could make some more customization options available in order customize/add new fields as we need them or even add other types suchas surveys etc.. but overall great product with tons fo customizations possible!! We've been able solve problems faster than ever before by using meta case deksthat…

Pros
  • Very user friendly for both tech savvy users, beginners alike
  • Flexibility; one app works well across platforms(MacOS Windows OS iOS)
  • Custom reports built right within report designer interface without resorting yo any separate external program.
  • Tons oo reporting functionality outfitted wth ease
Cons
  • Almost never
