Review on 🚗 Enhance Braking Efficiency with Tekonsha 3035-P Brake Control Wiring Adapter for Ford by Rob Kerr

I bought this Tekonsha P3 electronic brake control harness adapter. Both the brake controller and my truck came with adapters that only needed to be spliced together at the pre-stripped ends. Didn't want to waste time putting them together and the price was very reasonable so I invested. Also, I have a backup in case I ever need it. My only reservation was that I plugged it into the receiver port on the truck when trying to weave it between the hardware on the dash, to the point where I had the brake control box installed and I didn't have the truck's batteries had disconnected . in advance. I ended up grounding the adapter to a metal rod that blew a heavy duty fuse ($4.50 per fuse) in the truck's fuse box. When I did this again, I either disconnected the batteries or wrapped tape around the end of the adapter as I installed it.
