Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Women's Athletic Shoes: New Balance Cross Trainer for Women by Renee Chavez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

love the fit: comfortable on the treadmill AND when strength training

I don't have the budget or patience to buy different shoes for different workouts - I use a versatile pair of shoes - and that's always been the way to go Order. They're amazing - they have just the amount of cushioning and support I need (I tend to pronate a bit if that helps - my heels wear more on the outside than the inside). The optics are beautiful and the price is right. I walk and run on a treadmill, straight and incline. I do lunges and other balance exercises that require good support and strong posture. No problem. A note on sizing: my foot is a bit wider at the front and I like the wide sock. I'm usually 6 wide or 6.5 in street shoes and 7 in trainers. I actually went for a 7 width - and I'm very glad I did. I find them a little tight and short. I am satisfied with the camper and can recommend it! PRODUCT UPDATE: Unfortunately, just 4 months after purchase, the material on both the inner right and inner left shoe started peeling from the sole (see - now the cracks are worse). Not sure if I received a defective pair or if it's a design flaw in the model itself? I hope this is just an isolated incident and you don't experience the same thing. These tears weren't due to excessive pressure (meaning the shoe was too tight or too small) as my foot has enough room inside and doesn't flatten out on the sides at all. Also, I only wear them indoors at home for training and never outside - very infrequent use. This degradation was disappointing as NB quality is usually fantastic. Over the next 6 months the cuts got worse: I can still wear shoes, but maybe not for much longer. :(
