You will need these if you have a certain era Nissan Maxima

If you change the engine oil in a 2010 era Maxima you will need these. They hold the right inner fender panel on, which allows easy access to the oil filter and drain plug. The factory parts hold up well but they don't last forever.If you don't change the oil.well, you have bigger problems.I hope this helps you.
