Review on 🔁 Revive-Rapid™: Reusable Indicating Microwave Desiccant Reactivator by Rick Everett

When I first started using the product I was concerned about the short lifespan as the pack lasted less than a week before I had to dry it (in an airtight container about 2 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet). So I added a few more packs and it helped a bit, with three packs I was able to use a couple of weeks before needing to dry them out. However, today one of the bags exploded in my microwave when I tried to dry it out and the other two had brown spots on the bottom. I noticed that the packets get hotter over time in the microwave, so I gradually lowered the power level and microwave time. Obviously this didn't solve the heating problem given today's explosion (microwave 700W, drying time 2 minutes, power level 50%). I have a few bags left, but I'll throw them away. UPDATE 01/17/19. I received a message from the seller that I overdried them and this caused the explosion, no product quality problem. So please let me clarify two points in case I wrote my review poorly. 1. When I dried the bags, the indicator beads were very dark green, almost black, not light green, not even medium green. 2. I dried them ONLY for two (2) minutes at 50% power in a 700W microwave.
