Two days have passed since my return window has closed, and unfortunately I didn’t realize this detergent was what was causing me serious complete body itchiness until last night. It smells great, I was so excited to buy something without plastic waste, and it’s easy to store and pour being shaped like a half gallon milk bottle. I’ve never experienced itch like this, not even from the unnatural garbage detergents. Very disappointed and wish I realized sooner so I could get my money back.

I like the idea, I started buying this product a year ago. It used to be a very thick detergent. Now it’s like water. Not available in stores, meaning it needs to be ordered online and shipped, potentially leading to longer wait times!

Love the product! This is my second delivery and one container was damaged. Luckily all the liquid was within the envelope. Stinks to lose most of it though because it’s so expensive.

We all know how hard it is to find sandalwood scented things that actually smell like good sandalwood. Well look no further. But get this? It cleans. Living with 4 teens, a dog and a parrot…yep…I know a good soap when I meet it.

I love this soap! It leaves my clothes soft and clean. After washing when the clothes are wet, the unscented soap has a mild pleasant citrus scent, but it totally goes away once the clothes are dry. Really good laundry detergent.

It doesn't really clean the clothes. They don't look or smell clean. I have to rewash with another detergent, which is very wasteful. And it arrived leaking everywhere, soaking the box, despite no obvious damage to the outside box. The packaging simply doesn't work, and neither does the product. Will not purchase again, a total waste of money.

I like the company and other CleanCult products, but this one misses the mark. The clothes detergent reeks like patchouli. Instead of smelling fresh, my clothes and I smell like a stinky hippie. My employer dropped a casual remark about our company being a drug free environment.had to switch back to another detergent

I bought a bundle of Cleancult laundry detergent directly from their website. I usually use fragrance-free detergent, so I was weary about all of their scents. But their scents are amazing! Myself (woman) and my two dude roommates love Cleancult. They have perfected how a scented detergent should be. The laundry smells fresh but the clothes do not smell perfumed. I wanted to switch from using traditional detergent due to the plastic container being non-recyclable. When I received the first order it was super concentrated, it smelled great and I felt it was a good value. When I received my second order it was much less concentrated, did not go as far but still smells good and still saving the planet.

I like the detergent and the glass bottle. My only complaint is that the detergent is thick, and it always seems to drip on the outside of the bottle.

The scent is awesome but doesn’t transfer it last on the clothing at allI can’t detect ANY scent at all and was hoping for at least a hintCleans well I guess but bought it for the scentNot worth it

So far so good! The scent is strong during washing but tapers off after drying. Its be nice for a better idea of measurement of 1 oz. Clothes smell clean, look clean. I actually love it, and being able to recycle the carton is amazing.

I really like this detergent! The juniper sandalwood provides a beautiful fragrance without being overpowering. Most importantly, laundry feels super clean! No feeling of residue or detergent buildup. I highly recommend!

Don't waste your money. It DOES NOT get the dirt out of your clothes. It leaves them stained and dingy looking. Will not buy again.

I’m not a huge fan of the scent yet, but otherwise I love this product. You only have to use a tiny amount. One of my favorite eco friendly laundry products! Will definitely try another scent next time.

I want to give this five stars— I really appreciate the non-toxic clean ingredients— I just wish it smelled a little better. It doesn’t smell bad. It just doesn’t have a very strong smell at all— maybe like slightly herb-y smelling? We are making a real effort to reduce plastic use. Finally someone is listening.AND the detergent very good. The unscented formula may not mask certain odors or leave clothes smelling fresh.

Super expensive. Smells faint in the container and leaves absolutely no scent on washed clothes or linen. Not worth the cost. Going back to Zum.
