Grill grate was destroyed! The center pin is round so you'll have to clamp it properly, but this thing will remove rust from almost anything. After a big BBQ it's probably about 70% worn down so not the most durable tool but it hasn't clogged or burned.

Too aggressive to remove paint from aluminium, leaving many micro-scratches on the metal. It was easy to cover up with paint, so it didn't really matter. It also shrunk when I used it. Overall it worked as expected and got the job done.

I particularly like this scraper disc for removing limescale on my gas grills. I've used a wire brush for years and it never removed anything, but this wheel on my drill removed everything but shiny stainless steel!

3M socket so quality. I only wish I had tried them sooner. I doubted they would be good or linger. I was wrong on both. They hold up very well and are soft enough not to pick up good metal but will quickly remove paint and rust. I've ordered a few now and will probably use them rather than wire brushes and sandpaper.

OMG! Get these if you want to remove old paint from rusty metal rails! The best at all! Saved me a lot of time sanding and chipping paint the old fashioned way.
