I tried them on my stainless steel kitchen set and I have to say I've never seen a shine like this before. Who would have thought that hard work counts. But I have super clean polished pots and pans. Hell! I couldn't get rid of the stain, my pans are now off. Pretty affordable and durable. Don't hesitate, buy them!

Don't let the initial stiffness fool you. After a few uses, it becomes much more flexible. I use it to wash dishes and wipe countertops. I like that it doesn't smell like a tea towel. And when real cleaning is needed, it's ready to go. There are other versions of the same idea, but they're not as good. I haven't been tracking this but I think I get 6 months or more out of each one.

I first used the Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub which I got locally as I don't need the sponge function to clean my steel wok or cast iron skillet. I think it will work. . Well that seems to be the case but it has a much higher abrasiveness compared to the sponge version. Instead, I'll stick with sponges for my steel wok, but find a use for a cast-iron skillet and other heavy things. Since it gets contaminated from brushing, a low price is important as I can get through them quickly.

However, it has only been a few months and they are already worn out and full of holes. Next time I'll buy all-natural washcloths because they're plastic and all the little bits of plastic that come off during washing end up down the plumbing.
