The product is excellent. Mazda installed it on another visit for an oil change. My car's throttle response has increased significantly. Must buy.

Increase in performance and a slight increase in fuel consumption are clearly noticeable. A noticeable increase in sound is also around 4000rpm. Pretty easy to install if you have the right tools.

Installed this air intake on a 2010 Speed3. I feel a torque surge, especially at low revs. The sound is great too. Installation seemed easy, but I took it to a mechanic to install, just in case.

which is easy to install but the instructions could be clearer. The engine bay looks a lot better and sounds great. I don't really notice a performance gain through my ass, but the turbo definitely increases boost pressure a lot quicker than before. I've also noticed an improvement of about 2mpg on the freeway.

Tangible benefits, easy installation, great sound. Think they would have better instructions for the price (color and a better explanation of hardware usage so you don't have to keep turning the page looking for a diagram), they were like what goes with a grill. In general I am very satisfied.

I have owned many K&N products and they have all been exceptional except for this speed 3 air intake. The metal air intake finish is below normal K&N standards. There were rough edges and burrs that could damage the turbine if sucked in. The intake manifold, even around the MAF sensor housing, was improperly painted. I took pictures and plan to call the company but for $230 the consumer should get what they paid for and that should be quality consumption.

This is one of the best air intake you can get for MS3 2010+. I've had mine for about 3 months and the car hasn't kicked in a single CEL. It costs more than some of the rivals, but you get what you pay for and none of them come with any sort of heat shield. While manufacturer performance claims are dubious at best, they allow the engine to breathe better and deliver improved throttle response as a result. I purchased this kit direct from Revain for my 2011 Mazdaspeed3. The stock intake for the Mazdaspeed3 is TERRIBLE, the car gets the intake from a restrictive airbox which in turn is fed by a pipe that runs through the front of the car to pull air from the passenger side meaning it gets into the Near the top goes the radiator, preheating the air.
