Works great with putty, adhesives and sealants

Works great, no leaks. Used it when my lower oil pan was leaking on a lbz Duramax. Removed tub, replaced seal, no more problems since.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...

Cons
  • Not the best

Good stuff, near expiry date

Like many other reviews it is near expiry but despite this it works as it should and seals the timing case cover on my GM 3.6 VVT direct injection engine. Very effective sealer!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

I wish the aftermarket sealant was that good.

Complete overhaul of my 2017 Corvette Z-51 with no 1 leak. However, I think someone should create an iol pan seal for it. Makes changing in the car a lot easier. Had to remove it to drill and cut an oil return hole for my compressor. Resetting the frame is easier than pulling the engine out again.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poor repairability

Old and almost expired - worth nothing

The product arrived and the expiry month was erased on the tube. It expired in 2019 after 31 days in the month. When my mechanic tried to pull it out of the pipe it didn't leak. I noticed in the ad that the product was past its expiration date, but I was expecting a fresh product when I bought it. Don't waste your money - if it doesn't work after applying, you'll have to pay for a rework. Since my job required partial disassembly of the engine and was quite expensive, the mechanic and I decided

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Compatibility
