Generally a good monitor for its price but dies after 8 months of ownership for me at the time of this review 05/02/2021 purchased 16/07/2020.

This is the worst monitor. We have bought over 25 of these in the last year and it has given our business nothing but a headache. This is the worst monitor you can buy, please stay away from them.

Replaced 2 of 4 monitors. These new ones are much easier on the eye. They also look great with almost no bezels. Excellent purchase!

The old Acer monitor made my forehead hard and constantly tired for the eyes thanks to the PWM brightness control. However, this BenQ GW2480 completely eliminates my eye strain problems. As someone who prefers the lowest brightness settings, low blue light and flux, and absolutely no flicker at all brightness levels, I highly recommend getting this monitor as you won't find another quality monitor at this price point.

I always research everything before I buy and I have to say WOW. I use my Dex Pad with my s10 and 2 HK Onyx mini for sound. "Great" if I do say so myself!

My wife loves it and it seems very good value for money. Unfortunately, the packaging is styrofoam like it was from the 80s or something. It's 2020 and there is no excuse for packaging that is non-biodegradable and non-recyclable. Almost every product I buy has found a better way; BenQ can do that too.

This is a very good monitor with sharp and clear graphics and features that reduce eye strain. It replaced the 24" Acer and I'm very happy with that decision.

After 10 minutes of use after setting up the monitor, the device just turned off and after a few seconds it turned on again. It was ok (not really) but the power went out completely soon after. I've tried different outlets or the same outlet I use to set up my computer and nothing helps. It's a little frustrating as the monitor can easily break with minimal use.

The color of the monitor is very dark and warm, like looking at it with dark glasses. I have attached some photos. The color can be adjusted to a normal tone, but I suggest not doing any graphics or print work with the settings like this, otherwise your colors will look very different. The monitor (in the photos) is on the far right - mine. Dell monitor with correct colors. He's 5 years old and still smarter than a bank. Not terrible, but nothing special.

Great for viewing stationary photos that are terrible for everything else. Excellent picture quality I wish the picture didn't move.

Maybe that's my fault, but the measurements are shown diagonally. This is a very small monitor: 14 inches (H) x 24 inches (W). Diagonal 27 inches. It is impossible to work with him after 32 inches (w) 14 hours a day.

DO NOT BUY Seriously, the screen will burn out after 5 minutes of use. It's crazy that crappy screens are selling for over $200 in 2021 (the price when I bought them). I wanted to return it and was told to contact BenQ for a manufacturer warranty. I contacted them and they did not refund my money. I had to go back to Revain and call them for a special refund. +1 for Revain-1 for BenQ.

My wife bought me this monitor as a birthday present. She ordered it directly from the BenQ website, not through Revain. I installed the monitor and was delighted with both the video and sound quality. But after about 30 minutes, a red vertical bar appeared in the center of the display. This is where the nightmare of working with BenQ customer service began. On May 15th I contacted customer service through their website and informed them of the problem. I bought this for a family member. They won't play it so I can't verify that aspect but for media consumption and business it's great. The speakers aren't bad. They sound way better than my Asus monitors which cost three times as much.

Besides everyday use, this monitor is great for streaming movies and shows. The speakers are very good and the headphone jack is a very nice feature. Picture and sound settings are easily accessible and understandable. Great monitor and great price.

This monitor works right out of the box, with sharp contrast and vibrant colors. Connected and turned on. I will write later.

Great monitor, especially in its price range. I wouldn't play esports games on it, but all other games would be fine with HDR. This is my first HDR monitor so I was blown away when I compared it to just two others. Image quality is a bad term, but I don't use Photoshop on any of my other monitors at the moment. I have an AOC gaming monitor, a cheap side monitor, and now this bad boy. Gaming monitors are blindingly bright. Compared to my gaming AOC, this BenQ has a very comfortable brightness.

This didn't last long. I didn't use it that much and when I turned on the computer, the screen went black with stripes. I contacted BenQ and was told that this is not covered under warranty due to physical damage. As they said, having the monitor sitting on the table with no physical contact was physical damage. They just came up with an excuse not to give the buyer a guarantee. I contacted BenQ again and received no response. Bad quality and bad customer service.
