good light good for trailer accessories

good light for the price. I used them for headlights on my 8N tractor. Certainly not the best in the range but it was what I expected and they work great.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Won't buy again

Plugged into a 12 volt system and the light immediately fogged up and burned out. I've been a John Deere mechanic for over 40 years and I've hooked it up right.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Safety

Bought to replace my MD Gold 96.

Bought to replace my MD Gold 96 snow blower. No bright white light but a dimmer yellow (with engine speed). There is always something to see when driving in the snow. The old one didn't work when I got it so I can't compare. (same model)

Durable beautiful rubber coated glass

Really very good lamps but I ordered a lot of these and one of the eight didn't work on mine Switch off the bulb and replace the bulb in it without damaging it but as long as it glows, it is a beautiful product and looks beautiful

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Empty

Good value for the best outdoor accessory

Cute little lights for my 6 volt tractor systems, they seem to give enough light for night time operation Wish the bodywork was a little better designed they are plastic. I have them installed now. At 6 volts they don't emit a bright light further than about 25 feet, which is good enough for my use. The one set to light my pros and gear is great although close to what I light.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Frequency

Don't waste your money

We bought these hoping they would work as well as other tractor lights we have used in the past. They're very cheaply made and not bright at all. They don't throw low beam like the others we've used. The packaging is such that you cannot remove the lamp without destroying it. By the time you get your hands on the flashlight and test it, it will be too late to return it. I would not recommend these lamps.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some imperfections

dim a snow blower; Maybe it's the snowblower. read more

Well made and easy to install. I used it to replace a blown headlight on a self-propelled snowblower. With this device, the lamp is driven by a magnetic coil on the motor especially for this purpose. This new light is quite faint; more yellow than white. It's not the light's fault, except that it may actually need all 12 volts to produce a bright light. This is probably fine in a snowy environment that is all white and highly reflective, but may not be acceptable for a lawnmower used in a…

Good deal, well done.

After seeing ONE of these at my local hardware store for $24.95, I ordered two from Revain. They fit perfectly on either side of my 2013 F-150's front license plate. I removed the 30 watt bulbs and added 100 watt 4.5" landing lights (GE 4509) with Eyourlife (Revain) wiring harness for long-range illumination. The lamp bodies are nice and thick, making them difficult to remove/replace. Light bulbs. I had to heat them with a heat gun for about 1 minute to make them flexible. If you use the…
