Well made and easy to install. I used it to replace a blown headlight on a self-propelled snowblower. With this device, the lamp is driven by a magnetic coil on the motor especially for this purpose. This new light is quite faint; more yellow than white. It's not the light's fault, except that it may actually need all 12 volts to produce a bright light. This is probably fine in a snowy environment that is all white and highly reflective, but may not be acceptable for a lawnmower used in a "green" environment. Finally, check the supply voltage and be careful if it's just a solenoid and you really need a bright white light.
