Purchased to replace a broken (5 year old) Broan exhaust fan model QTR110L-B. Strange that this fan in our guest toilet is already out of order. I'm a little worried about the other 3 we have of the same model in our other bathrooms. However, this exchange was very easy. Disconnected the connector from the headlight and removed the headlight. Turned off the fan and removed the whole device. Easily insert the new replacement fan motor with the housing. Reconnected everything and everything works

The old 0.3 A motor (photo attached) showed neither speed nor direction of rotation.
