As long-time Brother printer users, we appreciate this new feature: for the first time we can use 90lb duplex cards - just in time for Christmas. SCAN: When using the drivers and software from the supplied CD, scan sizes larger than A4 did not appear in the PC menu. Called the hotline and didn't understand why. Drivers need to be constantly reinstalled. Worst printer I have ever had due to lost production time and tech support issues. I go to scan and get a message that the computer cannot communicate with the printer (over WiFi). I uninstall and reinstall the same driver and it works again.
