Just bought a place and the shower is odd in shape and had only a hand held shower. I wanted to put the shower head closer to the center area and give an option of both fixed and hand held option. This allowed me to do do that and works as one would expect.

This is a solid piece of metal, not the cheap, plastic, faux chrome stuff you get at HD, etc. Even though I had all the accessories and tools to do the installation, as well as the experience to do the job on my own, I was delighted to see that it came with plumbers tape, a wrench for taking off the old fixture and putting on the new one as well as an Allen wrench to adjust the angle of the hand-held. Also, easy to follow directions!

I'd bought another one at a box store and it wouldn't do the job. The threaded end that connects with the existing shower head was perfect on this one. The other was too short - only about 1/2" threaded area on that diverter and the shower head threads were down farther in the pipe. This one was longer and works perfectly!

Time will tell if it holds up but it looks great, feels well built, and the valve knob is smooth and easy to turn! We were very happy!

This shower arm diverter valve exceeded my expectations, looks and functions great. It is solid metal, no plastics. Easy to install, nice smooth valve operation when switching between shower head and diverter hose. With a long hose, this made a perfect shower sprayer and also with bidet accessory.

We been using this for 6 months and it still works flawlessly. Easy to turn the lever. Works nice and smooth. Also the shower head holder hasn't budged and has stayed rock solid unlike others we have tried. We'll built diverter.

Good quality build. Feels sturdy. This is so much better than the old plasticity metal one this replaced. The valve is smooth turning. You can really feel the precision put into the valve.

Good quality. Original one that came with the house was plastic and of course failed. This replacement is all metal and should last.

.if your hand-held head is on the heavy side, this diverter will drop about 1/2 thread. Doesn’t fall off but may not position exactly where you want it.

Installed it with ease. No leaks. Water flows well without restraint.This diverter appears solid and made well. Only time will tell if it will last.

Was used came with tape on threads. Plummer could not get it to thread. He tossed it out and gave us a rebateon our bill. That's my feedback!

Forget about looking any further! This diverter is the best out there, especially the for the price of an all metal, zero restriction water flow and the tools, plumbers tape and packaging is absolutely magnificent!We are very happy with this diverter! Problems solved!

Very smooth operation versus the plastic junk you get from the big "home improvement stores". The only problem I noticed was the hex wrench(Allen head) to adjust/tighten the hand held wand saddle was of the wrong size. That is why I could not give 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this valve.

Easy to install, the valve glides between the main shower head and the hand held, even allowing you to have both spraying at the same time 5stars.

So far so good. This appears to be a high quality flow diverter. Ive bought some that are made of cheap plastic and this is definitely far superior to those. It comes with a small wrench which is a nice touch so you don't end up scratching it using your own tools during install.Also the flow selection lever operates smoothly and diverts waterflow easily between handheld or shower head or both. This diverter is solid and seems to be very well made of, primarily, solid brass. Works as it should. Convenient. Appears to have no flow rate restrictions on either side. Looks great. Works great.

I like that the product includes washers and tools to install. Also the value to change from shower head to wand is easy to move and allows percentage changes vs one or the other or both operations. I like that since i can control how much water goes to each unit at the same time.

I chose this diverter because it,s handheld shower mount bracket is adjustable.Loosen the hex nut(allen key provided),turn bracket to desired angle and retighten hex nut.Other 3 way diverters not using a hex nut fastening system had bad reviews saying that the handheld shower wand does not stay put and becomes upside down defeating the purpose of being adjustable.

Wanted to add a splitter with a hose so that I could potentially have two showerheads going at once when my girlfriend wanted to share. This is so much more convenient and love the lever this adds to turn off one or the other or leave both on. There is slightly less water flow when both are running but it's not significant.
