Comfortable and easy to clean/

I replaced a very old but comfortable wooden seat that was losing its white coating. Someone else installed it for me but I could have done it myself. I'm very pleased. It looks good, cleans easily, and is comfortable.

Pros
  • Seems very sturdy. The finish is a little shinier than I expected.
Cons
  • The wooden material used in the seat makes it prone to scratches and dents, which could make it look old and worn out in a short span

Does not stay secure

There is no way to screw tighten this from the top, only hand tighten from the bottom. This seat comes loose all the time and needs to be tightened every week.

  • The brushed nickel hinges do not match the white seat as they have a tendency to dull and turn green over time, thus spoiling the visual appeal of the product
