First off the faucet is as described. I purchased one with a chrome finish and it looks 100% the same as in the pictures on Best Buy. It feels very solid and sturdy. It is constructed of brass and should provide many years of service. My order was processed and delivered in a very timely manner - very happy with that. Installed this at a new beverage bar we're adding just off the kitchen. Makes filling the coffee pot simple.The fixture includes clear instructions and all the hardware we needed from the finished wall surface. We were careful to mount the in-wall fitting (purchased separately) deep enough behind the finished wall surface so a standard length nipple would allow this fixture to be tightened without any leaks.Very happy after a month or so. No more carrying the coffee pot to the kitchen sink…

I saw this pot filler and knew it would be perfect for over my new stove. The design is really great, the quality seems to be very good. My contractor had no problem installing it, maybe took him about 15 minutes as he has to drill into the glass it would be mounted to for the two anchor screws in the back plate. It has a victorian look to the levers which drew me to it. Did not want an angled modern one. It fit my glass panel perfect. So excited about how it looks.

This is a great pot filler, especially for the price. I ordered the chrome and it just screams luxury. My hubby had to put some extra tape on it as it leaked after the first install, so use a lot of tape.

I have seen some out there for much more money. This was a great price, I had it professionally installed but plumber agreed it was a super price and good quality.

Completed a total remodel of my home and this pot filler is on display, and it looks like jewelry.It came with gloves that the worker used to prevent any marks. It is polished to a high luster and works perfectly.

This item was installed easily. This pot filler performs well and proved right. Works just as well as many higher priced pot fillers and looks great in remodeled kitchen.

Not pleased with with product. Contractor installed it and it came apart from the thread. This is the only thing on Best Buy that was very disappointing. Looks great but can not function because it had come apart when it was getting installed. ☹

We purchased this for our rebuild after a house fire. Item is well made and lovely, but 3 months after the install we noticed that the unit is slowly leaking onto the top of our gas stove. It appears that both the shut off cartridges have failed.

Took 3 tries to get a drip to stop. The instructions were lacking but when it was done it looks and works great. Make sure to use lots of tape! (It's included!)

We purchased these for a jacuzi tub, as we had separate pipes coming through the wall instead of a standard spacing for mixing.Everything is well made. Operates wonderfully. Heavy construction. Sturdy and good design. May they last forever!

I am in awe of the quality of this fixture. Easy installation, excellent craftsmanship ranking up there with perrin and rowe. No burrs, no drag on the handles, thick tubing and joints that prevent sag. I would recommend this product if you're in the market for this type of fixture. You'll be pleased with the finish, and quality.
