A very impressive case - well thought out and clearly manufactured for enthusiasts. It's comparable if not better than the NZXT S340, but definitely superior in price. The color is strong and durable (a few accidental hits with a screwdriver didn't seem to scratch it) and is much more difficult to highlight than the S340's satin black. The entire top of this case is "open" with only a wide metal grille for air holes. It can handle large heatsinks very easily and means the computer runs pretty…

Corsair is ok but better than this.

TLDR: Not recommended. Build quality is good, but the side and front panel mounts are very so-so. Would come back if I could. I really wanted to like this case but I really needed to know that you get what you pay for 100%. I had a bigger, better looking Corsair case that I just wanted to replace because it was so big. I was very happy with the case I had in every way. Build quality, design, hardware, everything. On the other hand, as said, you get what you pay for. The screws holding the side…

No front slots, limited to four storage devices

This case is well made and solid. However, it has NO openings on the front for optical drives, USB memory card readers, fan controls or anything else. It also only has internal mounts for four drives - two 2.5-inch and two 3.5-inch drives. Storage devices are mounted on brackets attached to the side of the case. The front panel connections are actually on the side and consist of two USB3 ports, a microphone and headphone jack, power and reset buttons. The side panel also has a power indicator…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Great case for any setup

Great case for any setup. 6 x 120mm fan slots or 4 x 140mm + 120mm rear. Accommodates 240mm or 280mm rail at top and 240mm or 360mm rail at front. With the way the fan mounts are made, you can easily mix and match any combination of 140mm and 120mm fans to get this case working for you. Great slots for cable management (no rubber grommets unfortunately). The lack of drive bays on the front is actually a plus in my opinion as the drive bays are ugly. Drives are attached with cables to the back…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Robust, attractive, large case for full ATX boards and water cooling

This is a fairly large case, with plenty of space for air cooling, large heatsinks for air cooling, advanced graphics cards in SLI or xFire, actually all except for 5 1/4" discs which open in the front. The top is on an open screen so you'll need something to close it if you won't have fans there. The color is solid black. I like it how it looks and feels and easy to assemble. The area under the CPU is cut out so you can install and swap out coolers without removing the entire board if you like…

Pros
  • is understandable even for oldies

  • Weak set

Carbide isn't that bad from any point of view

For reference I've been building computers for 16 years as a hobby and some paid gigs. I built maybe 200 pieces plus or minus. Carbide is far from a bad case. However, compared to a fractal, it is simply incomparable. I assembled about 12-15 PCs with different fractal bodies. I keep trying other cases as they come out and nothing is really close. Last weekend I assembled 2 computers side by side. One of them, one with fractal C. It's crazy how much more elaborate the fractal is. Anything the…

Great case for the price!

Great case for the money, the main thing is that you don't need space for external drives. It won't compete well with something like the Define R4, but it does cost more. Pros: Good, solid construction. Tons of cooling capacity, and since there are no drive bays, airflow is really uncomplicated. Plenty of room to hide cables Power button and ports on the front on the side (this is a plus if your setup is up for it) ) ) The screws holding the side panels seem very cheap, the Threads don't grab…

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Crumpled

Stylish case that complements the minimalist PC design. The front headphone jack location is a little obtuse, but if you don't have desktop speakers it's not an issue. The case comes with a good range of accessories for attaching various peripherals and cable management. I've seen some complaints about the lack of air intake filters, but after 6 months of use with 1 intake and 3 exhaust fans for ventilation, I haven't noticed any noticeable dust buildup inside the case. No complaints here. I'm…
