Didn't fit and almost ruined the printer

Not sure what could be wrong here as I even read other reviews before using. I installed and tightened the wheels and springs on my Ender 3 Pro to fully lower the platform. When trying to level the bed, the nozzle almost went through, which was about 1 cm higher. It turned out that everything is fine with ordinary springs, but not with these. I don't know why anyone would cut this spring off to make it work - that's the whole point of buying a replacement part. The wheels didn't have a raised…

Leave the plastics alone.

Bought to replace the plastic wheels on my Ender 5 plus. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or if they're meant to be, but screwing them to the bed takes a lot of effort. Because of this I checked the faucets for screws and they were horrible. It's like someone quickly tapped it and then anodized it red. Coated all over the threads and there are still bits of metal in the threads. I had to re-tap them for them to work and even then they were still a problem and I couldn't even attach the last…

Will NOT work with Creality Ender 3 V2

Upon receipt I noticed that the springs were a bit long. Then when assembling the item one of the dial nuts had a burr on the inside of the threads which I didn't notice until I screwed the nut onto the underside of the plate and when I tried to take it off badly damaged one of the heater plate screws. The other three dial nuts worked flawlessly, as expected. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that not only are there burrs in the thread (see included photos), but the hole and thread itself…
