The most useful feature for me as an internal consultant at my organization was that it had all of our client information in one place, allowing us to quickly create reports with very little effort! I would like if there were more filtering options available when creating custom views or searching through data within specific columns/fields (i.e., search by phone number). I like that it creates an easy way to keep track of all my contacts, as well has having access from anywhere via mobile devices or web browser! There are some minor bugs with emailing customers but this can't be helped at times so you just have take what comes along for your ride sometimes :).
