Great Platform, Excellent Customer Service

I love how easy it is to use! It's got all of your basic features that you'd expect in such an app like customer feedback surveys as well as more advanced tools (like creating multiple profiles for different users). The support team are very helpful when things go wrong or if there isn't what we need out of this platform already built into our CRM system. Sometimes they can be slow at responding but overall great experience using them so far. We have no issues with any part other than some…

Great experience using Insightly Restaurant

I like that it is easy to use for both customers and employees. It's also very customizable which allows you to create your own rules or add new features as they are needed. There were some bugs at first but those have been resolved now. The customer support team has always been quick to respond to any questions we had. We've used this software in our restaurant where all of us could write reviews of each other while waiting for tables. This allowed our staff to see who was being rude without…

Great Platform For Gathering Customer Feedback

I like that it is easy to use with our in house CRM system for tracking customer feedback! It's not as user friendly if you don't have previous experience using software/websites such as this one but otherwise we've had no issues thus far getting started or making changes once live - very happy sofar!!
