I like that it is easy to use for both customers and employees. It's also very customizable which allows you to create your own rules or add new features as they are needed. There were some bugs at first but those have been resolved now. The customer support team has always been quick to respond to any questions we had. We've used this software in our restaurant where all of us could write reviews of each other while waiting for tables. This allowed our staff to see who was being rude without having to wait until there was an issue with them directly.
