This set contains all the parts needed for a cosmetic renovation of my old shower enclosure. Note that this kit did not include the mixer valve stem, which I had to order separately.

Some parts seem a bit flimsy but this was one of the few kits I could find for my old lights. It's definitely an improvement over what I had.

Very disappointing product. The best thing about this outfit kit is the lock cap, which is not usually accessible on its own. The front panel was made of plastic! At PlumbingSupply.com I found another source for Valley parts, some made from original molds.

I did not receive the set screw (A) for the handle. This is the part I needed all along that fell out of my old faucet. I've been going through all the screws I have in my many kits and can't seem to find the right one for this one. So disappointed that I can't fix this faucet. If you have read them, please reply and also send me the handle set screw (A). thanks PamEdit: I found a screw in the handle. no problem. I think I really need a cartridge.

My shower parts are old and not as advertised. The plumber explained that people sell these parts and say they fit all Eljers and even look the same, but when you open them up and try to replace the parts they don't fit and in my case they didn't fit. As the parts are old it is difficult to find the same parts so you can save money and just replace all the shower/bathtub parts with new accessories.

Fits Riviera branded faucets built before 1986. Crane was owned by Riviera and sold to American Standard in the late 1980s. I couldn't find any information on replacement parts but after checking what was in stock it looked like my old part. This part was designed for Valley faucets and will work with Eljer faucets built before 1986. I have an older valley shower so unfortunately I had to install it upside down, my bottom grommets were unthreaded. Eventually they changed the design and moved the screws from top to bottom. The set is of very good quality and works very well. It came with all the gaskets and seals and all the trim details you could ask for. There was a part that wasn't used for my app, I don't know what it was for, but it didn't exist in any form in the original install. I have combined this with a Danco seal
