This is a budget 1080p IPS monitor from Dell, so you pretty much know what you're getting. I was able to get it up to 75Hz and it seems to be handling it well. So this is a very affordable monitor for workstations. It doesn't even have VESA mounts to save a few bucks, the refresh rate isn't great for gaming, but when I bought this I thought at least 1) they would rotate and 2) they would at least match the colors of the box. This monitor seems like a hell of a bargain after about a month of use. The picture is sharp, clear and sharp. The overall quality appears to be exceptional. And the value for money is better than I expected. I reserve the right to revise the durability rating over the next few months as one month is not enough to fully know how the monitor will last. My intuition tells me everything will be fine, but you can always tell. All in all, I highly recommend this monitor.

So this is another item I bought to help me get through this pandemic. I've been using my work laptop to sit and do telemedicine all day for several months. Getting a monitor this size is a game changer, all of a sudden I'm sitting up straight instead of bending over a small screen. I don't blink when trying to read the fine print on a tiny laptop. I bought two of these monitors to upgrade my desktop. I use AutoCAD at work, so the quality of the monitors is very important. These monitors are great. Picture quality is excellent and so far these monitors have held up well. I haven't and won't use them for gaming, so I can't give much information on that, but CAD programs are no slouch when it comes to graphics and I have no complaints. I mostly use two monitors for work. I mainly use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I would say these monitors are a 2 at best for what I do. I was hoping for a lot more clarity. This is an improvement over my previous monitors which were around five years old and met my needs without being outstanding. My son claims they are suitable for play. Games don't interest me, just reading for the eyes 10-12 hours a day.

The monitor was fine for a while. But after a few months, any attempt to tilt it for a better view would turn the monitor off. The monitor turned back on when tilted back to its original position, but it was very difficult to find the exact position. The problem was with the HDMI port. Any movement of the cable connector will turn off the monitor. At first I thought it might be a defective cable, so I bought a new one. Same problem, so it's a port, not a cable.

This monitor was a replacement for another relatively new monitor from another brand that had to be replaced due to a breakdown. The monitor is quite decent for a working machine. The size is large and you can easily open two web pages at the same time without squinting or straining.

I stared at the monitors for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger. I use it for work from home and connect it to my laptop. I haven't had any problems with it, it works and looks good. I'm sorry the height isn't adjustable, but other than that it's an incredible value for a 27" monitor for less than $200!

I thought I had just received a bad monitor and sent it back for a new replacement but I had the same issues. Need a bigger screen due to poor eyesight. The 27 inch is perfect for my setup. This monitor is sharp and has good focus. Didn't have to configure anything. I would have preferred an LED monitor but when I received one I realized that this is all I need for the moment.

I bought this screen as a second monitor for work. It's definitely big where I can share the screen. It's clear and the brightness is quite acceptable. One thing I left out is the lack of USB ports. If that's not a problem, that's fine.
